Before We Begin

What needs to be ready before we start.

Before the build can begin, a few things need to be in place inside your GoHighLevel account. If any of these are missing, that is completely fine. Your onboarding Zoom call is specifically designed to walk you through whatever still needs to be set up so nothing falls through the cracks and the build starts on solid ground.

Payment Processor Connected to GHL Stripe or NMI needs to be integrated into your GoHighLevel account so that your payment links can actually process transactions when clients check out.
Collections and À La Carte Items Listed as Products in GHL Every collection and à la carte item needs to exist as a product inside GHL under Payments, then Products. Payment links cannot be created until the products are there first.
Payment Links for Each Collection — PIF & Installment One payment link per product for paid-in-full, and one for installment. If you charge sales tax, you'll need a second set with tax included.
Client Contract Set Up Inside GHL Your contract needs to be created inside GHL under Documents and Contracts so that it can be sent to clients automatically as part of the booking workflow once they pay their session fee.
A Domain or Subdomain Connected to GHL Your booking page needs a home. A custom domain or subdomain such as book.yourstudio.com needs to be connected to your GHL account so the page can be published and accessible to clients.
Admin Access Granted to Deanna in Your GHL Account You will need to add Deanna as an admin inside your GoHighLevel account so she can build the automations, configure the custom fields, and connect the webhook directly without needing to go back and forth through screenshots.
If you are missing any of these, please do not let that stop you from moving forward. After payment is received, your 30-minute onboarding Zoom is specifically there to go through your account together, confirm what is ready, and walk you through setting up anything that still needs to be done. The build does not begin until everything is in place.
Good to Know

A few things to know before booking.

This is for GoHighLevel users only
The entire system lives inside your GHL account. The automations, custom fields, webhook, and booking funnel pages are all built and hosted there. If you are not currently using GoHighLevel as your CRM, this service is not the right fit.
Build timelines can vary depending on schedule
Seven business days is the typical turnaround, but there are times when the studio photography schedule or existing project volume means it takes a bit longer. If you have a specific date you need the build completed by, please reach out to hello@boudoirautomations.com before purchasing so we can confirm the timeline works before you pay.
A free 30-minute Zoom call is included after payment
Once your payment is received, you will be scheduled for a 30-minute onboarding Zoom with Deanna. She walks you through the full process in detail, answers every question you have, reviews what is already set up in your GHL account, and makes sure everything is ready to go before the build begins. Nothing starts until that call is done.
You will always be able to update your own booking months
The months available for clients to choose from are easy to update and require no coding knowledge whatsoever. During your onboarding Zoom, Deanna walks you through exactly how to do it so you are never waiting on anyone else to manage your own calendar.
Full payment is due at booking and a service agreement is required
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Once payment is received, a service agreement will be sent to you and must be signed before any work begins. This protects both of us and makes sure we are aligned on everything from the start.

The Process

From intake to live.

Day 1
You complete and submit the intake form
The intake form covers your studio information, branding, session details, pricing, and payment links. Deanna reviews everything within 24 hours and confirms your build start date along with scheduling your onboarding Zoom.
Day 2–3
The build begins
Your education page, booking form, and all custom logic are built around your branding, copy, and pricing. GHL automations and custom fields are configured at the same time so everything is ready to connect once the pages are done.
Day 4–5
Wiring & testing
Payment links are wired in, webhook is connected and tested, all form submissions are verified against your GHL contact record. Every path is tested end to end.
Day 6
You review the completed build
You receive the full funnel to go through at your own pace. One round of revisions is included so if anything needs adjusting on the copy, pricing, or flow, it gets addressed before delivery.
Day 7
Delivered & live
Final files delivered with a complete walkthrough of how everything works. Your booking funnel is live, tested, and ready to take clients.
